The handmade and artisanal Yoga Tree Zabuton is a soft meditation pad that allows you a particularly comfortable meditation. Yoga Tree has had an extra height of 8 cm made for extra comfort. Placed under a meditation cushion, the pad relieves your knees and feet, allowing you to fully concentrate on your meditation practice.

The meditation mat has a removable cover made of 100% high-quality organic cotton and is filled with several layers of cotton fleece.

How to use a YogaTree Zabuton – Just sit cross-legged (or in any other posture) on the pillow, with or without Zafu pillows. When using the zafu, place it slightly off-center, toward the top end of the pad, so that you have enough space for your legs in front.
