The Kailash Premium yoga mat is a cheap and robust PVC mat with a non-slip surface. With its thickness of 3 mm, it is a thinner version of the Rishikesh Premium Yoga Mat (4.5 mm) and is well suited for intensive yoga practice as well as yoga styles with heavy material use such as Ashtanga Yoga or Vinyasa Yoga. Due to the low abrasion and the long durability, the Kailash yoga mat is also well suited as a thin studio mat or as a cheap beginner’s mat. Since it is very easy to care for, it can also be used as a light travel yoga mat.

Produced in Germany, Kailash Premium yoga mat is free of phthalates and other toxic ingredients. It is tested for harmful substances according to the strict ÖKO-TEX standard. The mat is machine washable up to a maximum of 30°C. Do not spin or put in the dryer.
