This beautiful Neti Pot nasal rinse jug made of ceramic serves the effective cleansing and care of the nasopharyngeal and pharyngeal cavity. Nasal irrigation with warm salt water is also known as Jala Neti and is one of the six yogic cleansing exercises, the so-called Shat Kriyas. Nasal irrigation with the neti pot with OM
