We ship with DPD. From a value of CHF 150, shipping is free of charge for you.
If you order before 12.00 noon, the goods will be sent on the same day and you will receive them within 1-2 working days (this applies to shipping within Switzerland). If you place the order after 12.00 noon, delivery will take one working day longer.
For some products, such as Breath of Fire, delivery takes longer. In this case, you will be notified by e-mail.
If you have any special requests regarding your delivery, please contact us supporto@yogatree.ch.
Under “My user account” you can view your order status and track the shipment of the goods via DPD.
After our Green Mission, we deliberately did not attach a paper delivery note to the goods. You can view your order under “My User Account”.
- Log in to My User Account.
- Your account overview shows you the orders placed and their status.
- Click on “View Order” for more details when ordering.
Orders are processed using an automatic ordering system. Therefore, order changes can no longer be processed after ordering online.
Promotions & Teacher Discount
In the shopping cart, you can enter your discount code under “Discount Codes” on the right and then click on “Redeem discount code”. The discount is automatically deducted from the total.
Yoga teachers as well as Pilates instructors we grant a discount of 6% in the hope of spreading good practice. To get the discount code, send us your certificates by e-mail to supporto@yogatree.ch. Please note that we cannot give you a discount for a previous purchase.
We work with an automated ordering system. Therefore, it is not possible to deduct the discount from your order afterwards.
In the shopping cart you can enter your voucher code under “Gift Card” on the right and then click on “Redeem voucher”. The voucher is automatically deducted from the total amount.
Return & Exchange
If you are not satisfied with the goods, you have 30 days to send them back to us.
Here’s how it works:
1. Log in to My User Account
2. On the overview page, click on item returns
3. Then click on “Request new item return”, fill out the form and confirm below with “Submit”
4. Send the goods well packed and with your sender to the following address:

As soon as the goods arrive, we will refund the amount (exclusive shipping costs) with the payment method you have chosen. Please note that you will send the goods back to us unused, clean with original labels and packaging. You will receive a confirmation email from us after receiving the goods.
If you want to exchange the item, you can simply place a new order with your new desired item after the return request.
Our mission is to promote sustainable consumption. That is why we have decided not to offer the return and exchange free of charge. We make every effort to present all necessary information on the product pages. Factory new
Yoga mats can smell of rubber in the first time. Manduka’s natural rubber mats also have their own odour at the beginning, but this has nothing to do with leaking chemical gases, as no toxic chemicals were used for production. The smell of natural rubber will subside, but due to its environmentally friendly material composition, it will not disappear completely.
To help the smell of your own taste slower, leave your mat rolled up in an airy, shady place and rub it with Manduka Natural Rubber Mat Wash, a vinegar-based cleaning solution with flavored natural oils.
Normally you can order the clothes at your usual size. However, clothing sizes may often vary considerably depending on the manufacturer. Further down you will find a dimension table depending on the manufacturer. You can take the appropriate measurements with yourself and then see from the table which size is right for you. Teekies are super cuddly and stretchy and really dissected your butt in the scene. They do not cut at the hips, but they are rather tightly cut at the ankles (at size S ankle = 19.5cm circumference). For an intense workout we recommend ordering a smaller size, as they could slip easily during violent movements.
