Yoga Rectangular Bolsters can be used in Iyengar, Restorative, and Prenatal Yoga practices. With various backbends, they provide gentle support, while the dimensions of the bolster help to open your heart chakra and breathe deeper, allowing for deeper relaxation in the Savasana position. They are especially helpful during prenatal practice when placed on the stomach during the Savasana position, as they provide enough weight to calm both the heart and digestive system. Another use could be to alleviate sciatica symptoms by relaxing the legs while supporting the lumbar region while lying flat on the bed – or under the knees during Savasana!

The inner kapok is handcrafted by master craftsmen in India from 100% organic cotton, while the cover is sewn perfectly from 100% organic cotton by Indian seamstresses. The zippers are hidden.
