Round Yoga Bolster
This cylindrical bolster is an essential support for restorative yoga. It is specially designed to be placed under the knees to relieve tension in the lower back and relieve the entire body. In addition, its support during the various yoga poses increases comfort and alignment for better results.
Bolsters are used in prenatal, restorative, and Iyengar yoga classes to help with various poses: corpse pose to loosen the knees and therefore the lower back; Bending forward to open the hips and other poses that support the back; as well as back bends that support different parts of the back to give the necessary support to different parts of the body.
This yoga roll was handmade in India by a long-time partner of Yogatree and lovingly handcrafted with organic spelt from South America. The removable cover made of 100% organic cotton can be machine washed at low temperatures and is equipped with a sturdy zipper and a practical carrying handle for easy transport.
