The bodhi yoga straps ‘Asana Belt’ is a versatile tool for yoga and Pilates. Thanks to the new metal sliding buckle, the yoga strap is now even easier to use: The length can be easily adjusted by the buckle without the strap coming loose again during practice.

As a yoga aid, the belt is used, for example, to extend the arms, for example when the hands do not touch each other in the cow face position (Gomukhasana).
